What is The Reset Room?

The Reset Room is a virtual support and skills group for college students who want a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves during the stress and fast pace of young adult life.

College can be exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. Between academic pressure, changing relationships, identity questions, and the constant expectation to “have things figured out,” many students find themselves feeling anxious, burned out, or unsure where to turn.

This group offers a supportive environment where you can show up as you are. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling stuck, navigating depression, or simply looking for a place where you can talk honestly and feel understood, The Reset Room is designed to help you slow down and reset.

Together, the group explores ways to manage stress, build emotional awareness, develop healthy coping skills, and navigate the challenges that come with young adult life. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with other students who are experiencing many of the same pressures and questions.

The Reset Room meets virtually on Mondays at 5:00 PM, making it easy to join from wherever you are.

You don’t have to have everything figured out to be here. Sometimes the most helpful thing is simply having a place where you can pause, breathe, and not feel alone in what you're going through.
