Our HCC Team
Jillian Lorek, LCMHCA
As the founder of Hope Crest Counseling, I’m deeply committed to creating a space where healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and valued. Rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration, my approach is holistic and person-centered—honoring the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of each individual’s well-being.
I specialize in working with children (ages 2+), teens, and adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), emotional and mood dysregulation, suicidal ideation, self-harming behaviors, and interpersonal relationship difficulties. Whether you're a young child expressing feelings through play, a teen working through social struggles, or an adult finding your voice, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and intention. I believe healing extends beyond the individual, and I work closely with families to strengthen communication, build understanding, and create supportive home environments. My goal is to help families grow together with greater empathy, connection, and resilience.
Drawing from an integrative toolkit, I incorporate modalities such as play therapy, sand tray therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), creative expression & art therapy, narrative therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). My work is grounded in creativity, authenticity, and the belief that connection is the foundation of meaningful change.
I bring over 23 years of experience in early childhood, previously served as a Guardian ad Litem, worked as a lead therapist in an Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program, and have had the privilege of regularly facilitating groups, such as parenting support and education groups. In every role, I strive to create a nurturing, empowering space where clients and their families can grow with confidence and clarity.
Molly Foulke, LCMHCA
My name is Molly Foulke, and I believe in the healing power of being seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, identity exploration, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I want you to know you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
I earned my Master of Science in Counselor Education from East Carolina University (ECU), and am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina. While my educational journey has provided me with valuable tools and clinical training, it’s my unwavering belief in the strength and resilience of my clients that truly guides my work.
I approach therapy with deep empathy, authenticity, and compassion. I show up as my full self in session—genuine, grounded, and human—and I invite you to do the same. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are, walking alongside you at your own pace. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of judgment.
My therapeutic style is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices while tailoring each session to your unique needs. I believe that you are the expert on your own life—and my role is to support you in uncovering your inner wisdom, building on your strengths, and moving toward greater self-understanding and healing.
Therapy is not always easy, but it can be transformative. It’s an act of courage to seek help, and it’s a privilege for me to be part of your journey. If you're looking for a therapist who is present, empathetic, and committed to honoring your story, I would be honored to walk with you.
Chloe Villazor, LCSWA
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA), with training in DBT, CBT, play therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. I specialize in working with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating life’s ups and downs—from everyday stress and anxiety to depression, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, struggling with executive functioning skills, relationship issues, family conflict, and more. I have experience supporting high risk individuals, dealing with suicidal ideation, urges to self-harm, and risky behaviors - I approach this work with deep compassion and care.
I believe therapy should be a safe, welcoming space, where you can show up exactly as you are. My goal is to create an environment where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Whether we're exploring emotions through play or building coping skills together, I’m here to walk alongside you—offering guidance, encouragement, and a safe space for growth and healing.
Tiana Michela, Intern
Reaching out for support takes courage—I’m honored you’re here.
As a counseling intern at Hope Crest, I offer a warm, collaborative space for tweens, teens, adults, and families who are navigating life’s stressors and seeking a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, or connection. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation challenges, attention-related concerns, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to face it alone.
My approach to therapy is grounded in person-centered care—I believe that every person has the capacity for growth when they feel seen, heard, and respected. I show up authentically and without judgment, inviting you to do the same. Together, we’ll create a space where you can safely explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns at a pace that feels right for you.
I draw from evidence-based models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while also integrating creative, individualized tools to support emotional expression and coping. This might look like art, poetry, mindfulness practices, or even video games—whatever helps you feel most connected to your experience and progress.
Before joining Hope Crest, I supported teens in an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), co-facilitating groups focused on emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthy relationships. I also have experience working in a high school designed for students with developmental, emotional, and behavioral needs, and have supported both children and adults with Autism diagnoses. These experiences have deepened my commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care and trauma-informed practice.
I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Southern New Hampshire University, with a long-term goal of working with individuals and families through all stages of life. It’s a true honor to be part of someone’s healing journey, and I would be privileged to walk alongside you or your child as you move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and peace.

I am a soon to be Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA), dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with themselves and build meaningful change. I truly believe healing starts with being met exactly where you are — without pressure, judgment, or expectation. In our sessions, my goal is to create a compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and understood as you take the next steps toward growth. I work with individuals of all ages, couples, and families by tailoring therapy to each person’s unique story and pace.
My counseling style is person-centered, meaning I believe you are the expert of your own story. Together, we explore your experiences at a pace that feels safe and empowering. I integrate tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you identify patterns, develop new coping strategies, and move toward a life that aligns with your values.

In our work together, you can expect warmth, collaboration, and authenticity. I believe healing begins within the therapeutic relationship— and you can rest assured, you don’t have to go through this alone.
