Welcome! My name is Jessica (she/her), and I am excited to walk through this journey with you. I believe YOU are the expert in your life, and I am here to help you navigate through it. If you are unsure where to start, that’s fine. Being here is a great first step, and we will figure it out together.

I am open to working with clients at all life stages and of all genders, who are challenged with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, life transitions, gender dysphoria, trauma, and grief. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and with individuals unsure of their place within it. Navigating identity, relationships, and the delicate coming-out process can be overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to do it alone. I believe in meeting you where you are, making you feel heard and understood. I use a person-centered approach to counseling, trusting the path you take on your healing journey as the right one for you. I strive to create a safe space where empathy and unconditional positive regard work together to empower you in the choices you make. We work at the pace that you set and are comfortable with. There is no rush to a quick fix, and no one size fits all to counseling, and that is okay. Come as you are.

I am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. I hope to foster a safe and welcoming counseling space where connection, empathy, and congruence help build a collaborative therapeutic experience. I aspire to work alongside LGBTQIA+ individuals and families to increase awareness, provide inclusive education, and champion advocacy efforts, fostering environments where people are seen and respected as individuals, not defined by labels
