We be yourself- not your idea of what you think somebody else's idea of yourself should be. — Henry David Thoreau

Meet Christina

Starting something new, especially counseling, can sometimes feel uncertain, even a little overwhelming. You may be carrying questions, doubts, or simply a quiet hope that things can feel different. Wherever you find yourself today, I want you to know there is space for you here — a space where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. Just come as you are, and we can walk the next steps of your journey together.

I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. I also have a Bachelors in Communications along with my SHRM-CP certification. My professional background experience includes Human Resources, recruiting, and administration, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals through meaningful transitions. These experiences have strengthened my passion for helping people feel connected, understood, and empowered in both personal and professional spaces.

I am passionate about helping children, teens, adults, and couples navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, career stress, self-esteem, and personal growth. I believe everyone deserves a safe, supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward. I also have a special passion for helping individuals and couples navigate relationships, communication, intimacy, and sexuality with compassion, openness, and zero judgment.

I believe mental health is essential because each person is uniquely created, with their own story, strengths, and challenges. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to healing. My counseling style is person-centered and solution-focused, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to meet you where you are, honoring your individuality while helping you build practical tools for growth, resilience, and lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I share a love of reptiles with my husband, which reflects my appreciation for the uniqueness of all living things and the importance of understanding rather than fearing what may seem unfamiliar. I also have a fast and rowdy Mustang, which reminds me to get out and enjoy life on the wild side. Starbucks of choice is never coffee, always Chai Latte, iced or hot! Most of all, I value authentic connection, community, and helping people discover hope and healing.
